Timeline

After being banished to Venom by General Pepper for treason, the Cornerian researcher, Andross built himself a imperial army in his exile and soon become the Emperor of Venom. Under Andross's orders, the Androssians invaded a unnamed planet, starting the war. During the invasion a injured mother, had given birth to twins four weeks ago, send a distress signal for more help and made a painful choice to give up one of her twins, a son, to a Cornerian ally and fleed with her other twin, a draughter. Eventually, the Cornerian mercenary team, Star Fox, leaded by James McCloud, came to her aid in a safe place. As she was dying, the mother pleaded James to take her daughter to safety. James ended up adopting the draughter, naming her Lucina, into his family while General Pepper adopted the other twin, naming the baby boy Adin.

Ten years after the first lylar war, James McCloud and the Star Fox team went to Venom to investigate a strange activity happening on the planet. James and Peppy Hare were betrayed by their teammate, Pigma Dengar who was bribed by Emperor Andross. James sacrificed his life to ensure Peppy would return to Cornelia safety and presumed dead or missing. Peppy told the unfortunate news to General Pepper, James's wife, Vixy Reinard, James's and Vixy's 13 year old biological son, Fox McCloud and their seven year old adoptive draughter, Lucina McCloud. The unfortunate news would caused a change in the family.

Five years after the Venom Incident, Emperor Andross invaded the Lylar System once again. 18 year old Fox McCloud, now as the new leader of Star Fox, and his teammates, Slippy Toad, Falco Lombardi and Peppy were summoned to the front lines by General Pepper. 12 year old Lucina stayed behind in Cornelia in a safe place. Hired by a rich female space pirate named Cleo who was following the orders of a unknown person, the Star Wolf member, Pigma Dengar, kidnapped Lucina and taken her to a unknown place where she was held as a hostage. Eventually, Lucina was rescued by Fox.

Two years after the second lylar war, Lucina, now 14 years old, meets Katt Monroe, a acquaintance of the Star Fox tean's Ace Pilot Falco, one day in Cornelia. Feeling bored and neglected by Fox's absences in her life, Lucina happily to tag along with Katt and her gang, Free-As-A-Bird to Titania. Lucina becomes indirectly involved in the Titania incident, not knowing Fox was also on Titania at the time.

A year after the Titanian incident, Lucina remained in Cornelia under surveillance.

Fearing for the safety of his adoptive sister back in Cornelia, Fox requested or rather demanded General Pepper to relocated Lucina in Papetoon. Lucina remained in Papetoon with her adoptive mother, Vixy during the whole Aparoid invasion.

Six years has passed since the second Lylar wars. Lucina is now a 18 year old high school student on her final year and is working as a underground idol to earn income for herself and secretly helping Fox to pay off their father's 80 year loan for the Great Fox ship. Lucina started to soul-search her purpose and true heritage. She has always have this feeling that someone has been watching her for years...
